1. How to Place a Custom Order
All custom orders must be arranged before purchase.
Customers wishing to place a custom order are required to contact us directly before making payment using one of the following official business channels:

Custom orders will not be accepted through standard product checkout without prior communication and confirmation.
2. Custom Order Consultation & Confirmation

Customers must provide clear and complete details regarding their custom request (design, colors, wording, size, quantity, and any special instructions).

Once all details are reviewed and agreed upon, a custom invoice or payment instructions will be provided.

Production will only begin after full payment is received and the order details are confirmed.
3. Production Time

Custom orders require additional time due to their personalized nature.

Estimated production time is 3–7 business days, depending on the item and complexity.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Customers will be notified if additional time is required.
4. Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation and payment.

Once production has started, no changes or cancellations will be permitted.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of these products:

All custom orders are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

Preference dissatisfaction after completion

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Each case will be reviewed individually.
6. Handmade & Design Variations

All custom items are handmade and may have minor variations in color, texture, or finish.

These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
