1: Custom-Made and Bespoke Commissions Due to the highly specialized nature of our custom-made products, all such sales are considered FINAL. Once an order for a personalized or commissioned item has entered the production phase, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all customization specifications (including spelling, dimensions, and color choices) are accurate at the time of order.
2: Ready-Made Inventory For items purchased from our ready-made inventory (non-customized), CCK Essentials & Art offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery or pickup. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, pristine condition and remain in their original packaging.
3: Statutory Rights (Barbados Consumer Guarantees Act) In compliance with the laws of Barbados, we guarantee that all goods are of acceptable quality. If an item is found to be defective or fails to match the agreed-upon description:
