2. Custom Orders & Production As we specialize in custom-made items, the contract between us and the customer begins once payment is confirmed via CIBC 1stPay or Bank Transfer.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate customization details (names, dates, colors). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of order.
Timeline: Production typically takes [2-3] business days. This is separate from delivery/transit time.
3. Limited Inventory & Availability We maintain limited inventory of base materials. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
In the event that raw materials for your custom order become unavailable after payment, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email (sales@cckessentials.art) to offer a substitute or a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payments Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
Payments are made via manual local methods (1stPay/Bank Transfer). Orders will remain "Pending" and inventory will not be guaranteed until a payment receipt is received and verified.
5. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados.
