Delivery & Pickup Policy

1. Service Area CCK Essentials & Art exclusively serves the island of Barbados. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Production vs. Delivery Timeframes

  • Production Time: As our items are custom-made and stock is limited, please allow [2-3] business days for your order to be crafted after your payment is confirmed via CIBC 1stPay or Bank Transfer.

  • Delivery Time: Once your order is complete, it will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Ready-Made Items: Fulfillment and delivery will be completed within  1 to 6 business hours following payment verification.

3. Delivery Rates

  • Island-wide Delivery: A flat rate of $30.00 BBD applies to all deliveries across all parishes in Barbados.

  • Local Pickup: Free pickup is available. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once your order is ready for collection.

4. Delivery Process Our delivery team will contact you via WhatsApp or call at +1 (246) 844-2253 on the day of delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the package.

  • Please ensure that a correct and detailed delivery address (including any specific landmarks) is provided at checkout.

  • If a delivery is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, a second delivery fee may apply for a re-attempt.

5. Pickup Instructions If you have selected Local Pickup, please wait for a "Ready for Pickup" notification.

  • Please bring your Order Number and a form of ID when collecting your item.

6. Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If you notice any damage or if the item does not match your custom specifications, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp +1(246)844-2253 or email at sales@cckessentials.art.
