How do custom orders work?
To place a custom order, simply visit our Custom Orders page and fill out the request form with your design preferences, colours, and any special details. Once we receive your request, we'll reach out to confirm the details and provide a quote before getting started.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Custom orders typically take 3–7 business days to create, cure, and finish, depending on the complexity of the piece. You'll receive an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed. Ready-made items ship within 1–2 business days.
Can I request specific colours or designs?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. You can request specific colour palettes, inclusions (such as flowers, glitter, or shells), and sizes. Please note that because resin is a natural medium, slight variations in colour and pattern are part of the handcrafted charm.
Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your custom order slot. Full payment details will be provided when your order is confirmed.
Materials & Care
What materials are used in your resin pieces?
All our pieces are handcrafted using high-quality, non-toxic epoxy resin. Depending on the item, we may incorporate pigments, alcohol inks, dried botanicals, glitter, shells, and other decorative inclusions. Coasters and functional pieces are sealed for durability.
How do I care for my resin art piece?
- Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent yellowing over time.
- Avoid extreme heat — do not place hot pots or pans directly on resin coasters.
- Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Handle with care — while resin is durable, it can chip or crack if dropped on hard surfaces.
Are your products food-safe?
Our resin coasters are sealed and safe for use with cups and glasses. However, we do not recommend using resin pieces as cutting surfaces or placing them in direct contact with food.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver island-wide across Barbados. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What are the shipping rates?
- Flat rate: $10 BBD for all orders
- Free shipping on orders over $150 BBD
How long does delivery take?
Ready-made orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom orders are dispatched once your piece is complete (3–7 business days). Delivery across Barbados typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you'll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. If you have any questions about your delivery, feel free to contact us.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy for ready-made items?
If you're not satisfied with a ready-made item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I return a custom order?
Because custom orders are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom pieces unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
